Our Strength & Conditioning classes follow a structured weekly split — lower body focus on Tuesday and Thursday, upper body on Wednesday and Friday. Programming is designed for progressive overload, so you get stronger week by week — not just tired session by session.

A dedicated space for women to train hard, build strength, and own their performance — in a fully private environment.
GAL — Girls Active Lab — is our dedicated ladies-only programme. The studio is exclusively female during these sessions. The training is serious: strength, conditioning, and performance work designed specifically for women who want real results without compromise.

Performance Lab

Youth Performance Lab is Optimyze's programme for young athletes aged 8–16. Sessions focus on fundamental movement patterns, coordination, strength development, and sports performance — in an environment that builds confidence as much as fitness. Coached by qualified youth trainers.
