All our group training classes are tailor-made to provide the best training experience for all individuals whether they are at beginner or intermediate fitness and sports enthusiasts’ level. Programmed to accommodate people at any fitness level, our classes are all at 45 min length that start with functional movement warm-up sequence.

OPTIMYZE CORE & STRETCHING

Promoge several benefits, such as improved core strength, increased flexibility, better posture, enhanced muscle tone, and reduced risk of injury. Additionally, these classes can be suitable for individuals of various fitness levels, as modifications and progressions can be provided to accommodate different abilities. 30 min core +30min stretching.

OPTIMYZE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

You won’t be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between each movement. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. 60min class

OPTIMYZE HIIT

is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. The very high level of intensity, the interval duration, and number of bouts distinguish it from aerobic (cardiovascular) activity, because the body significantly recruits anaerobic energy systems completely to the exclusion of aerobic pathways).The method thereby relies on “the anaerobic energy releasing system almost maximally”. 45 min class
