Our Strength & Conditioning classes follow a structured weekly split — lower body focus on Tuesday and Thursday, upper body on Wednesday and Friday. Programming is designed for progressive overload, so you get stronger week by week — not just tired session by session.

Youth Performance Lab is Optimyze's programme for young athletes aged 8–16. Sessions focus on fundamental movement patterns, coordination, strength development, and sports performance — in an environment that builds confidence as much as fitness. Coached by qualified youth trainers.

What to expect when
you walk through the door.

STEP 01
Arrive 5 minutes early
Let the coach know it's your first session. They'll brief you on the movements and scale anything needed for your level.
STEP 02
Warm up together
Every class starts with a structured warm-up. No one is thrown into the deep end. Movement preparation is part of the programme.
STEP 03
Work at your level
Every movement has a scale option. Beginners and experienced athletes train in the same session — the coach ensures everyone is challenged appropriately.
STEP 04
Recover smarter
After class, the recovery suite is available. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression boots — the tools to make the most of every training session.
