Privacy Policy

Optimyze (“we”, “us”, “Optimyze”) operates the Optimyze member platform at app.optimyze.ae and the Vitals Challenge corporate program at vitals.optimyze.ae (together, the “Service”). The Service provides personal longevity tracking, connecting wearable devices, computing an Optimyze Score, and delivering an AI coach calibrated to each user's biological markers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account information, name, email, date of birth, gender, primary longevity goal.
• Health and fitness data, steps, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep duration and quality, workout sessions, VO2 Max, body composition (InBody scans), and blood-panel markers you choose to upload or that we receive from a connected wearable.
• Wearable integration data, OAuth tokens for the devices you connect (WHOOP, Oura, and others as they go live), encrypted at rest.
• Usage data, logins, AI-coach chat history, content read, community posts, class bookings.

How we use it

We use this data to compute your weekly Optimyze Score, generate personalised AI coaching, surface relevant educational content, manage class and recovery bookings, and, for Vitals Challenge corporate participants only, produce aggregate, de-identified team reports for the contracting employer's HR contact. We do not sell personal or health data to any third party under any circumstances.

Google user data, Limited Use disclosure

When you connect a Google account (for example, to import Google Fit / Google Health Connect fitness data), Optimyze requests only the minimum scopes needed to compute your Optimyze Score. Google user data accessed via Google APIs is used solely to:

• Display your fitness metrics (steps, heart rate, sleep, HRV, activity) inside your personal dashboard.
• Compute weekly summaries and the Optimyze Score.
• Generate personalised AI coaching responses to questions you ask.

We do not:

• Transfer Google user data to others, except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features (e.g. infrastructure providers bound by contractual data-handling terms, Vercel hosting, Neon database, Resend email, Airtable submission log).
• Use Google user data for serving advertisements of any kind.
• Sell or allow others to sell Google user data.
• Permit humans to read Google user data, except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) when necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) when the data has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operations such as quality, troubleshooting, or analytics.

Optimyze's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service, under data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose. Corporate participants' aggregate data is shared with their employer's designated HR contact in summarised, anonymised form, never individual-level health metrics.

Retention and deletion

We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a wearable, the OAuth tokens are revoked immediately and the associated raw data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing contact@optimyze.ae , we will erase all personally identifiable data within 30 days of receiving the request.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted with an application-level key separate from the database. Production access is limited to authorised personnel and audited.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict processing, or delete it entirely at any time by emailing contact@optimyze.ae.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
